Does my Co-Pilot need a paid subscription?
No. One Premium Pilot can invite one Co-Pilot at no additional cost. The invitation provides full app access and the shared workspace while the Pilot’s Premium subscription remains active.
What if both travelers already have Premium?
The subscriptions remain independent and do not merge automatically. Choose which traveler will own the shared workspace as Pilot; the other can join as Co-Pilot and decide whether a separate renewal is still useful.
Which plan is best for a solo traveler?
Enhanced. It includes every single-user feature, including backup, personal-device sync, reports, expense splitting, and attachments. Premium’s added benefit is collaboration with a Co-Pilot.
What happens if the Pilot’s Premium subscription ends?
The sponsored Co-Pilot access and shared editing are no longer available. Each traveler can still use the features included with their own active plan.
